NOS. 1& 7 “JAMBO” RICE HULLERS AND POLISHERS 

 

Large numbers of these very popular models are already in use in all the Rice-Producing countries of the world. They are suitable for milling either raw or par-boiled paddy which is clean and will produce marketable cleaned rice. 

Both machines are now mounted on all-metal lower dust box. This improvement gives greater rigidity and enhances the appearance of the machines. A hinged door is fitted in the back of dust box for removal of husk and dust. 

Ball Bearings are fitted on both the Huller and Polisher shafts and all parts subjected to wear and tear by the abrasion of rice and paddy are specially hardened. 

 

NOS. 2 & 8 "JAMBO" RICE HULLERS ONLY

These two machines are specially arranged for use in countries where the outer husk only is to be removed from the rise, and also for use in large mills in which the paddy is hulled before passing to the Combined Finishing Hullers and Polishers. The iron legs are suitable for accommodating a screw conveyor for carrying the Hulled Rice to the Finishing machines. Both the models of the machine are fitted with Ball Bearings and all parts subject to wear and rear by the abrasion of rice and paddy are especially hardened.

 

NOS. 3 "JAMBO" COMBINED RICE HULLER AND POLISHER AND NOS. 4 "JAMBO" RICE HULLERS ONLY 

These small machines are built in the same lines as our larger models and are recommended for plantation use where the capacity and the available driving power is comparatively small. They are equally efficient in working and are fitted with Ball Bearings as in the larger machines. 

 

The No. - 4 size machine is for Hulling only.
